Our Story
The love for smoke and fire started early — standing beside my Dad at the Weber kettle grill, learning that great BBQ isn’t just food, it’s a feeling. Those backyard memories never left, and in 2022, what had always been a passion became a purpose: Yellow House BBQ was born.
Today, every cook centers around the Big Green Egg, paired with hand-sourced woods from a Colorado farm — featuring majority peachwood, with touches of pecan, apple, cherry, and even post oak for a traditional Texas style brisket — each variety chosen to give the BBQ of the day exactly the right depth of smoke and character. Whether it’s a backyard patio gathering or a celebration for a crowd, Yellow House BBQ is about serving up honest, soul-satisfying BBQ for any occasion.
We’re also proud to give back — as an active contributor to a local food kitchen, we believe great food should reach everyone, especially those in our community who need it most.
